Meals and More

Sorry it's taken me a while to get those recipes. Life has been a little busy around here. If any of you are still interested in some meals you can go to www.freezerdinner.com and Jenny Stanger (who turns out to be Amy Stanger's (my cousin) sister-in-law) has some recipes listed under About the Book. Hope all is well with you and I'll be posting more pictures of Will soon.

Freezer Meals!!!!!!!!!!

I noticed Hillary's post about freezing meals and thought I would tell you about a recipe book that I have called Fantastic Freezer Meals by Jenny Stranger. You can find it on Amazon. This is such a great book! It gives you ideas of what can freeze and what doesn't do so well. It gives a list of foods to stock up in your freezer (such as rice, meat, sauce, potatoes). And it has a ton of different recipes of meals that freezer really well. It even tells how long the meals will last in the freezer. Some of the meals include: cordon bleu, orange chicken, mozzeralla meatballs, pot stickers, breakfast burritos, beef and broccoli and stromboli. There are also recipes for muffins, cookies, and pies that freeze. I love the idea of freezing meals! It makes life a little easier when things are hectic. I can give you some recipes if you would like some!

Eating Birthday Cake

Will enjoyed digging into his own cake.

Mine, all mine! :-)

It's been a while......

In October we took a trip to Arkansas to visit Jody's family. We went to Uncle Jeff's football game. We made a shirt for Will if Jeff's number on the front and his name on the back. Will loved is first football game!

Will loved having Grandma Cathy sing to him.

Can you tell that Mac and Cheese is a true favorite food?!

And cookies you can never go wrong with!

Cheese just makes you smile. :-)

Will and I celebrated our birthdays on Feb. 20th. We have family over during the evening and had a little party.

Will loves to give me kisses.

The small cake was the one we gave to Will to dig into.

For lunch we went to a place that serves really good fries and fry sauce, because Will has learned the wonderful idea of dipping food into sauces.

We took Will on a carousel ride. He went twice, once with Aunt Marianne and once with Jody and I.

Jody and I put together a magnetic board and magnetics for a gift Will. He loves pulling off the letters and numbers and playing with the animals.

He loved reading his books from Grandma and Grandpa Lane and Uncle Jeff.

We were excited to find out that Sarah was going to be in town when we got back from New York. Will was all smiles for his Aunt Sarah.
